Shipping Within Canada

Bye Bye Connor currently ships within Canada only.

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing & Fulfillment

All Bye Bye Connor products are made to order. After you place your order, it will be sent to our fulfillment partner for production before it is shipped.

Production and fulfillment times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

Delivery

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated delivery within Canada is approximately 3–4 business days.

Please note that this is an estimate and delivery times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order once your package has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.
